An easy to prepare healthy recipe with a tangy flavour. Can serve with rice.
Serves 4
- Ingredients
300gms. boneless chicken
½ pineapple
120 ml. pineapple juice
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp. chilli powder
2 tbsp. curd
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
½ each onions/tomatoes/capsicum
2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 skewers - Preperation
Cut the pineapple into cubes, if using canned pineapple retain the brine juice.
Cut the chicken and vegetables into cubes as well.
Mix all the ingredients except the chicken and the pineapple cubes to make a marinade.
Marinate the chicken cubes and place them on the skewers separated by the vegetables. Let it stand for an hour.
Grill and serve.
