A minty flavoured easy to prepare, healthy chicken recipe. Could optionally serve with rice.
Serves 4
- Ingredients
300 gms. boneless chicken
2 tbsp. curd
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
10 springs fresh mint leaves pounded
3-4 springs fresh mint leaves chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh cream (optional)
4 skewers - Preperation
Cut the chicken into cubes so that they are mountable on skewers.
Mix all the ingredients together leaving aside some mint leaves. Optionally, you can use thick full cream in the marinade to give it a rich melting touch.
Let it marinate for an hour.
Mount the chicken on the skewers and grill.
Garnish the grilled chicken with some fresh mint leaves.
