A tangy flavoured chicken on the spicy side. Really easy to prepare.
Serves 4
- Ingredients
4 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. jalapenos
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2-4 red chillies
black pepper and salt to taste - Preperration
Blend all the ingredients except the chicken. Make it into a smooth paste.
Make incisions in the chicken using a knife
Rub the mixture into the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Grill it till tender.
